The final chapter of Kwannon's first arc is a wonderful piece that balances the finesse of a really well written script with absolutely stunning visuals but doesn't forget to sink that very important hook into you for things to come. Read Full Review
So much happened in Psylocke #5, and still set up for a lot more to come. Seeing Kwannon take on Ty, who's put her in the absolute worst position, in such an emotional way was really exciting to see. Especially when it involved so many past moments of Kwannon's life. Read Full Review
I loved everything about this issue. Vincenzo Carratu and Moises Hidalgo (and team) delivered with the art and Alyssa Wong delivered with the story. While I wouldn't have had any issue with Psylocke choosing to deal with the villian using her "old ways" (which I hope in future issues she still does), I can appreciate her choice of using her psyblades to teach him a psychic lesson in empathy instead...she is an X-Man afterall.
