Issue #6 eschews the physical for the psychological as it deftly delves into the darkness haunting Kwannon's psyche in a series of dark and creepy encounters while also doing a fantastic job of tying the lead character back into the current mutant status quo with some well written and excellently drawn guest appearances of other mutants! I wasn't really sure where we were heading after that exciting last issue of Psylocke, but Alyssa Wong clearly knows what she's doing with Kwannon. Psylocke #6 had so much substance to it, and even giving us another crossover that I didn't see coming. Read Full Review

Psylocke remains a very appealing character throughout the issue. The deeper exploration of her past while pinned to a backlit monitor might be one of the stranger places to engage in a little psyhchodrama, but Wong makes it work beautifully as initial conflict which must be overcome if she is to take down the villain.
