    I think the issue fails most noticeably towards the end, when Fury gathers up his forces to reveal the next stage of his plan. These last few pages could have been used to wrap some sort of a bow on the preceding scenes. Instead, they were used to vaguely push the story in yet another new direction. In the end, the story's fragmented feel, coupled with some Stefano Casseli art that's far less polished and impressive than the artist's first go-around on this title, makes it difficult to call this issue anything but a disappointment.     And though we got away from that for a few months we're back in the thick of it again, and when you get a final page where Nick Fury says, "Hell's comin' -- and I'm comin' right behind it," that's a series that I'll follow anywhere.
