Returning to its core stable of characters, Bendis focuses on Miles's father in a story that gives credence to the idea of a father protecting his child. Stellar artwork from Sara Pichelli and Marte Gracia support it beautifully and make for a fine issue. Read Full Review
Other than that, however, Spider-Man #11 is a great read. I'm normally not a fan of comics that don't feature their main character, but this was a much needed and wonderfully executed exploration of arguably the series' most interesting supporting cast member. Read Full Review
Spider-Man #11 goes left a bit after it's last Civil War tie-in and an emotionally exhausting previous issue. We get to see Jefferson in action, which isn't bad, even if it's a little familiar for long time fans. It definitely sets up his involvement in Miles story to a great degree as the series progresses. This issue had me until the surprise twist, which fell flat for me. Great Pichelli art though.
