• I mean, unless you add a vengeful FORCE GHOST. And insane MURDERDROIDS. And a BOR BRAIN-LEECH. And a SENTIENT BIOHAZARD...
• Surely even rogue archaeologist DOCTOR APHRA can't find a way to make things even worse.

This is a brilliant book. Exciting, funny, and epic. The story is great and the visuals are perfection. Seriously, why can't Doctor Aphra get her own movie? Read Full Review
Doctor Aphra still feels like an odd book to me. I really enjoy the character and both Gillen and Spurrier have told some fun stories for her with good artwork that makes it enjoyable. But part of me still feels like it hasn't really found its place one the Vader element was removed from when she was in his book. I know the character has plenty of stories and standalone work to accomplish but there's a need, in my mind, for something a little more grounded for a few issues and something more personal to happen. I really dig the character and want a lot more stories with her – though part of me is wondering if novelization may be the best route in the end. Read Full Review

With both Sana Starros and Tolvan in hot pursuit of Aphra, readers get to see the awkward love triangle of past and potential romantic interests colliding, which has long been a strength of the Doctor Aphra series. Read Full Review
A fun issue with an interesting story and great artwork! Lots of characters are all trying to hunt their own targets, which makes for a fast paced and engaging story. This is what I have been hoping for from this series.
I like that Aphra gets by with band aids on band aids as she adapts to a deteriorating situation (which is partially her own fault). It's like driving a car held together with duct tape.
I think I'm starting to lose some interest in this series. I've been putting off reading this issue for a few weeks. It has a couple of cute funny moments that make it passable though.
