A change of pace for a Star Wars story that's very successful. I love the caper, the focus on Leia, and the sensational visuals. Definitely a winning issue. Read Full Review
BB-8 is acting out of character. We don't know if Maccon is going to give Lea her property. The plot thickens as we don't know if the rebels are going to accomplish there mission or not and General Lea gives us her final lesson in thievery. You will need a healthy dose of...Luck! Read Full Review
This issue is a partial return to form. The art is excellent (as always) and this time the story manages to keep up. The issue has a highly structured narrative that hangs together with a sense of balance. Definitely a book to read in between fights about The Last Jedi online! Read Full Review
Another solid Star Wars comic book but with it focusing on events leading up to The Force Awakens, it does feel like it needs to jump forward a little and represent the Poe we see in The Last Jedi. Read Full Review
I'd be more annoyed at the fact that Poe Dameron has become a guest star in his own book if A) Poe has often been the least compelling character in this series, and B) it was someone other than General Leia Organa filling in. Read Full Review
Still really enjoying this story. Its gotten to the point where this feels more like a Black Squad/Resistance comic book because its focusing on so many more characters than just Poe. It seems like Leia is more the main character of this comic and that's completely fine with me. This book continues to be about as strong as it ever has been, I wouldn't be shocked if the series takes a time jump or ends soon though.
