After the X-Men graduate from Xavier's school, Xavier appoints Scott as the team's leader while he takes a leave of absence. Magneto goes to the carnival to recruit the Blob to his Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. Hank & Bobby go to a Greenwich Village coffee shop to celebrate. Scott calls the team back together after the Blob's memory is returned. Magneto challenges the X-Men to meet the Brotherhood in battle at a designated location, otherwise, he will take over the city.
