X-23 Deadly Regenesis #3 delves into Lauras history, exploring previously unrevealed events from writer Marjorie Lius series a dozen years ago. It reveals the perils of substance abuse and questions definitions of heroism. While Laura doesn't carry out any missions, or go a second round with Haymaker, richly detailed scenes and dramatic situations suggest that Kimura will deploy her living weapon soon. Read Full Review

This is a pretty slow issue, but if you're a fan of X-23 and familiar with her history, then seeing her in a verbal fight with her puppet master Kimura should be fun for you. Read Full Review
This continues to be absolutely phenomenal
This is the best issue so far. Laura doesn't want to kill and that's the only reason she's in her current situation. It's the only thing driving the plot and it's annoying. Still, this was more enjoyable than I thought it was going to be.
