Great starter to a great series, and no wonder there was a movie based on it
I really liked the hardback color format (popular size and format for some of the other kids books we own). However, the content was more suited for teens than my 8 and 10 year old. Regardless, it’s a fun quirky book. I’m pretty late to this one (even though I saw the movie when it first came out). O’Malley hit most of the awards lists with this series, including:
