    Herotaku - Jamal Melancon Mar 24, 2014

This second arc of Valiant's Eternal Warrior has only gotten better with each issue. The experience crafted by Greg Pak and Robert Gill in this penultimate issue isn't something to miss. What may be seen as a simple plot is overwhelmingly elevated by the stylish, astonishing execution of the creative team. Eternal Warrior never lets me down. Read Full Review

Geeked Out Nation - Jideobi Odunze Mar 26, 2014

Great issue of Eternal Warrior that sets things in motion for a point of no return. There's no telling what's in store for them all as they make their next move, but all that is known is that they do it having their best interest in mind. That is what I like to see and again anything can happen when no one is untouchable. Even though some may still really want to know what caused this future, you still read this and care that it skips through time and gives you reason to brush off those questions as it clearly is able to stand on it's own. Unleash The Fanboy - Russell Johnson Mar 25, 2014

Pak is effective in giving readers just enough hope for a cure but then turns it on it's head by adding a dangerously small solution and dragging in much greater new threats. By the end Gilad's quest takes on new meaning with implications of a wealth of action and excitement. He's putting new tools of disposal in the Eternal Warrior's arsenal and the results will be explosive. The Eternal Warrior set in this time gives Pak a plethora of material to play with and expand. This is a great new twist on this character and Pak is succeeding in exploring how Gilad's eternal experience makes him a rich and deep mine for exciting storytelling. Read Full Review

The choices before Gilad are getting trickier by the issue. The right answer is getting harder to see. The journey continues to be a testing one and itll be an experience to see where they end up. Read Full Review

Greg Pak and Robert Gill deliver a very strong offering to the Eternal Warrior with this month’s issue. The Pakian magic pays off in spades for those wandering down the rabbit hole along with the author. Read Full Review

Multiversity Comics - David Harper and Brandon Burpee Mar 26, 2014

This was another really solid issue that is making Eternal Warrior one of the best books Valiant has to offer. Like with X-O, after the early issues I did not expect that, but I am very glad to be wrong once again. Read Full Review

Nerds Unchained - Michael Bowie Mar 29, 2014

While far more interesting, at least to me, than the books first arc, Eternal Emperor has taken on a bit of a point a (last issue) to point b (this issue) to point c (next issue) formula to Gilads quest and that leaves this issue, lacking a true enemy for the Eternal Warrior to battle, as something of an expositional bridge before the more action-focused events that appear to be on tap for next issue. While that doesnt mean this is a bad issue, it certainly isnt the best example of how much fun this book can be. Read Full Review

Comic Bastards - Steve Paugh Mar 26, 2014

I'm still on-board with Eternal Warrior, but it needs another status change to mix things up again, like that which brought us to 4001 in the first place. I am hopeful that the creative team knows this and is setting something up for next issue. If not, then unlike the titular character, this is going to have a very short life indeed. Read Full Review

Greg Pak continues to impress with this series. The story progression is so, but rich and detailed. Gilad's relationship with his granddaughter is unconventional, touching, and humorous. The series reflects the confidence of the title character and I can't wait to see what happens next.

Loving what Pak and Gill are doing with Eternal Warrior, sad to know the series will be going on hiatus.
