From the art to the dialogue of each and every panel, Abnett and Gorham hit grandslams all the way through Fallen World. The epic conclusion of this chapter is no exception and gives us the cyberpunk, wandering samurai/ outlaw cowboys, Mad Max war story you didn't realize you needed this bad. Read Full Review
Fallen World is the establishment of the 41st Century version of earth as well as a jumping on point for what will be the new Rai series, both of which look highly promising if they are even half as good as what has been seen so far. Read Full Review
Although the series didn't end as strongly as it started, the was a significant upswing in terms of quality from the previous issue. Overall, as a reintroduction to Rai and the cast of the 4001 Fallen World was an unreserved success. As a standalone story? Well, as I said, it's a great introduction to kick off the next chapter of Valiant's future timeline. Read Full Review
