What powerful Quirks have yet to be unlocked? Midoriya will surely need the full potential of One For All someday, but in the meantime, a new enemy-the Meta Liberation Army-begins to make its moves.

I enjoyed reading My Hero Academia Vol. 23. From the closing moments of the class training battles to the introduction of a new organization, Volume 23 does an incredible job of carrying the story forward. Putting the League on the back foot here, as well as giving us a little insight into their internal thoughts, really does help you sympathize with their current hurdles, and Horikoshi does a great job establishing the group as a bunch of ragtag underdogs against a formidable and organized opponents The Heroes might be nowhere in sight, but for now, I am very excited to see what happens to Shigiraki and his bunch of heartwarming hooligans next!
