Not the most polished DWJ work but even then its still top tier.
I do liked the fact that he made a complete world for a series of 12 numbers.
The dedication in the art and in the world building its fantastic.
The final battle was beautifully drawn and over the top (in a good way) . I hope this gets an adaptation in some way because it has a lot of potential for exploring in greater depth this world.
All in all the message its not as well put together in the end (imo) compared to other books from DWJ but I still enojoyed the ride and the bittersweet finale.
My biggest concern was the landing of the plot wouldn’t keep up with the great start that was Artist. Unnecessary. Great continuation of volume 1. With a lot to interesting character development. Really enjoyed the spectacle that is Extremity.
