Gay men have had entire families with women. Love isn't just sexual attraction. This sort of thing was a lot more common than you'd think. No one was being used. Gay men go through denial and repress themselves because society and culture tells them it's wrong to be gay. This doesn't happen as much anymore because luckily, society has progressed when it comes to its treatment of LGBT people. My point was that straight people don't have to have sex to realize that they are attracted to the opposite gender, and the same is true of gay people and their attraction to same gender. Maelstron thinks that gay people must have sex to figure out that they are gay. Maelstron is wrong. Maybe that clears it up for you.
