This issue was wonderful, everyone on the team is killing it. Lobdell's handle on Jason is pretty damn perfect, he know perfectly what makes Jason tick and the way he's intertwining present and past makes from some very interesting scenes. I have to admit is funny the way now he's being allowed to elaborate upon Jason's past now after being more or less off limits during the N52. I was also surprimore
"Dark Trinity" part one! When a shocking encounter with Batman solidifies the Red Hood's status as a villain, Jason Todd goes deep undercover to take down Gotham City's criminal underworld from the inside. This issue is leap and bounds better than the end of RHATO. Is clear Lobdell had a lot more time to set up this ending and was more or less given freedom to end it on his own terms.
The Iron Rule ended as nothing more than a plot device to bear the brunt of Jason's rage and dissapointment while Duela ultimately was just a minor hurdle. The thing that broke the boys wasn't Duela's machinations more
The Joker’s Daughter’s master plan is revealed! Are Jason and Roy strong enough take down both Duela and the Iron Rule? And what will it cost them? Find out in the shocking conclusion to RED HOOD/ ARSENAL!

Roy and Jason have been through a lot with their new start-up business, and a therapy session to vent a few grievances seems like just what the doctor ordered. Too bad Sera Phina and her team of villains are finally assembled and ready to launch their attack!
A "Robin War" tie-in! The boys are back in Gotham City and tensions are high! As battle lines are drawn, Red Hood and Arsenal will be forced to choose sides--but will they side with each other? It's brother versus brother, as the Robin War rages on!
Great issue.
While most of it is setup for the arc, it was great to see Jason being willing to help people in need for no other reason that being the right thing, that paired with his confidence on Roy's skills, speaks a lot of how much he has changed from his old "lone wolf" ways. Lobdell's acknowledgement of Ducra was also a pleasant surprise (although for some reason people love to more
Red Hood and Arsenal and-Joker's Daughter?! As the boys deal with their newfound success as a rent-a-hero company, a new crop of catastrophe puts Jason and Roy to the test! But with a new hire like Joker's Daughter, who needs enemies?
Hugely impressed by this issue. Despite having GordoBats on the cover, he was a relatively minor element on the plot and was used effectively by Lobdell, creating a great fight scene and setting things for the next issue.
The best part of the issue though, were the scenes dealing with the boys' pasts. Roy's in particular was a pleasant surprise since it confirmed his past with Croc is still c more
The boys battle Batman! Red Hood and Arsenal are taking their vigilante business to Gotham City, whether the new Dark Knight likes it or not-and they're about to skip the introductions and get right to fighting!
Simply FANTASTIC.
Lobdell tackles pretty much every complaint about the vigilante-for-hire idea face on and gives a very satisfactory answer to them. His script is filled with action and humor from start to beginning and it ends with an amazing cliffhanger that it left me wishing next issue were out already
But is Medri who steals the show. His art is magnificent, with some i more
Red Hood and Arsenal are open for business! After working for the mysterious Tara Battleworth as on-staff outlaws, Roy and Jason have decided to branch out on their own as freelance problem solvers, investigators, and general butt-kicking specialists. But when the sinister corporate scourge of Underbelly rears its ugly head, can our heroes overcome...
Lobdell isn't taking itself seriously and is delivering a story that is simply fun from start to beginning, however, it keeps a balnce between ridiculousness and seriousness that makes the book feel closer in tone to Duggan and Posehn's Deadpool rather than Palmiotti and Conners' Harley Quinn. The banter between Jason and Roy is delight to read and got my quite a few laughs through the whole issuemore
How can Red Hood and Arsenal possibly survive an attack of killer mimes? Yeah, you read that right: mimes!
These brothers in arms face off against incredible odds while burning their way through the underbelly of the DC Universe - and it's only a matter of time until they get gunned down in return!
Lobdell promised a fun buddy cop movie with these two and he made good of his word. The story is simply but filled with action from start to finish while also seeding future plots for the boys to tackle.
Medri's art while stilized is vibrant and very dynamic, melding perfectly with Lobdell's script and giving us an issue that is also a visual treat.
These brothers in arms face off against incredible odds while burning their way through the underbelly of the DC Universe - and it's only a matter of time until they get gunned down in return!

Fantastic issue that shows all the character growth the team has had during 34 issues, without doubt one of Lobdell's finest issues.
The Outlaws deal with the fallout from Koris past and learn that a top-secret villain has returned to make things much, much worse for them!
As more of Starfires life after her captivity as a slave is revealed, Red Hood and Arsenal stand between their alien teammate and one of the most wanted men in the galaxy.
Lobdell's return to the book and is like he never left!
All of the sudden the book is fun and enjoyable again!
After stopping a nuclear explosion, Red Hood and the Outlaws find themselves in the crosshairs of S.H.A.D.E.!
Pfeifer started strong but ended with a whimper.
The Outlaws come face to face with the bounty hunter calling himself Lobo, but no ones who they appear to be as Red Hood and Starfire endeavor to save Arsenal from the Main Man.

Pfeifer's transition arc stars strong, bringing the book to its roots.
Jason and Kori set out to deliver justice to alien murderers, but theyll need to steal a spaceship to do it! Now who in The New 52 has something like that they could borrow...?
As coda to a mediocre run, Tynion's final issue gets rid of Isabel throwing out the window all the potential she brought to the title. A real shame.
The Outlaws head off for a well-earned rest as Jason tries to rekindle his romance with Isabelle - but they are soon fighting for their lives against a new cartel!
Tynion's first (and thakfully final) arc ended insulting the readers' intelligence with a tired "It was all part of the plan" cliche while simultaneusly retconning it rendering the whole thing pointless.
The Outlaws have their final bloody showdown with Ra's al Ghul and the League of Assassins!
The last stand of Jason Todd? Ra's al Ghul is back and more powerful than ever! The Outlaws are being held captive and Jason Todd has lost his memories... can things get any worse for the team?
Tynion shows again the poor handle on Jason's character and throws everything made Jason work in favor on some really tired (and frankly dumb) chosen one story. No even Haun's pencills were able to salvage this mess.
A BATMAN: ZERO YEAR tie-in! Theres a dark force of nature thats forming in Gotham City...A face laughing in the dark that will one day tear Jason Todds life apart. What are his plans for the Red Hood Gang? And who else will rise out of the shadows to guide Jason Todd one step closer to his destiny?
