This issue throws away all of the excellent world-building done by previous MOTU/He-Man creative teams in order to present us with an entire race of Skeletors. This is visually unappealing (understatement) and sets Skeletor up as a borderline-heroic tragic figure, committing unspeakable atrocities for very good and relatable reasons.
