So instead of having her copy from a male character, Marvel decides to copy off a DC male character! Brilliant feminism there. She's a superman/aquaman rip-off! The rest of the story is bad as well and gets every thing about the Kree wrong. They don't have an emperess, they have the Supreme Intelligence.

Remember kids, Monarchy bad. Installing a surface platform to a race of xenophobic bigots is totally right thus sayeth the queen. Christ.

While slightly better than Stohl's current writing of Captains Marvel, this issue is still horribly bad and only Mar-Vell manages to come out semi okay. Terrible dialogue, terrible art, and terrible story. Save your $.

There is nothing to add except that it is boring. Completely boring.

Everything has gone from bad to worse, for the characters but especially for the narrative which is a mess. Gamora doesn't have a solid motivation for why she is doing any of this. characters stand around and do nothing except quip plot. Characters are dead now for some reason (hello? moondragon is alive, Duggan. even Bendis knew that) Deodato's messy paneling doesn't help the already messy plot. This event had a shakey start and just keeps crashing. Do yourself a favour and save the money on this one.

No one likes Grail, DC.

I just agree with Namor here.

As a major Adam Warlock fan, this issue didn't excite. The art is okay but feels very off. Still hate Adam's new design.

More mystery and not any answers. I know it's the 'point' but all the New Gods feel extremely off, Orion gets it the worst, including the whole feel of the New Gods.

Carol continues her descent on being the worst published book at Marvel but this issue was decent, awful pop jokes and dialogue that is still atrocious to read aside. Nothing happens aside from the Bean Ghost appearing. Someone should have told Stohl that Jessica Jones has a kid already. Bonus: The alpha flight cadets don't actually show up so that raises my opinion.

A lot of rushing around and plots left dangling. Adam Warlock's return is just there and his new design is horrendous.

It's okay. A rather going out with a whimper than a bang to this arc however.

I would have like it better if Ivy had to deal with the consequences of the lamia poisoning than be saved by a literal dues ex machina.

Okay DC I'll bite. Being an LBGT+ myself I should probably love this book. Well I didn't, more like just eh, okay and go read something else. Most of the one-shots were good except for Harley/Ivy which has Ivy acting massively OOC for even the pairing to work anymore, which is sad. Why does Ivy care about what happens to the people? Why is she not screeching at Harley for hurting her plant blechy monster baby? Why does she only get one fucking line but Harley is jabbering nonsense for the whole issue. At least the art was decent-ish? I wish the pin-up were better too. Catman was the only one that was a pin-up. An Okay book for queers like me but I wouldn't pay the price of admission.
