Unfortunately, I don't think the art can save a book that seems to be overly convoluted at this point.

It honestly took me a bit to warm up to this book. Once I understoodthe directionTom is taking the series,I appreciated it a little more. However, I don't think this is a book for everyone, honestly, don't think this is a book for very many people at all. If you love vintage comics, art, and stories, I think you'll dig this one, or if you are a fan of the toys or cartoons from the 80's I think you'll also appreciate it.

I really look forward to seeing where this story goes and digging a little bit deeper into the universe being created by Spurrier and Goonface.

The villain is exciting and dangerous. I'm excited to see what it all means and what it all leads to.

The creative team really knock this one out of the park. I'd recommend giving this a chance, especially if you like beautiful artwork and a well-crafted story.

Per usual this book knocks it out of the park! It's not hard to see how it is able to be the longest running TMNT title ever. Keep up the good work guys!

A great and fun story that I really enjoyed. I love the art and the folk lore-y style of Sakai's storytelling.

This entire comic is just a blast! The art, the story everything. I know this isn't a main title in the TMNT ongoing story, but it is really worth it to pick this up! So much fun!

If you are a fan of X-Men like I am, this is probably already on your pull list. If not, I'd recommend picking it up. It fits into this groove that is different than the other X-team books out right now.

I know I've harped on this before, but this book and the TMNT ongoing from IDW are two of the best books I'm currently reading.

After reading this first issue of X-Force, I feel like I've gotten exactly what I came for. It's given me just enough that I want the next issue now, but I still feel very satisfied with where the story has already taken me. For the first time in a long time, it feels like there is a definitive plan for the X-Men and as a long-time X fan, that feels very good. I'll absolutely be keeping an eye on this title from here on out.

Anyone who likes X-Men will love this book, I'd venture to say anyone should like this book. I can't wait to see what else they have in store for the mutant duo.
