I may be foolishly frustrated that Blackwood only has one more issue, but its hard not to want a lot more of this series. It's my hope that the sales are backing this title that readers are supporting it and enjoying it as much as I am. The cover for the 4th issue looks bad as heck, in true Blackwood fashion, and I of course, would like to read the conclusion, though Im worried its going to wrap up a little too quickly, based on the previous books. Read Full Review
Blackwood is weird and gross and terrific. With only one issue left and so many loose ends hopefully we go back to this school at a future date. I really like the Phish's art and colors, the book feel unique in my stack and has been a joy to read. It also has great non-cringy teen dialogue, not something easy to do i'm sure.
Can’t say I’m excited to see how this story ends but I’m 3 issues deep. Overall it’s okay, just forgettable.
