From the multi-Eisner award-winning creator of Beasts Of Burden and the artist of Archie and SLAM comes this supernatural fantasy about a magical murder in a sorcery school.

Sep 01, 2018Blackwood #4 has some weaknesses in the revelations of this story, but it has enough self-awareness to counteract the moments of over-sentimentality. The engaging leads pull the comic together well. The ending is enjoyably somber and understated. The story is fun, it has some good moments of horror, and the artwork of Veronica Fish is very strong. This one earns another recommendation. Give it a read. Read Full Review

This is maybe the first few days of this new class and they've already been through so much. Imagine what the rest of the school year could entail. Read Full Review
