After barely fighting off Intergang with the help of Metropolis, the city itself in the form of a dragon avatar, City Boy realizes the more he taps into his powers, the louder it is inside his head…hearing and feeling everything about the city and its history all at once, nonstop. So, he goes to ask for help from someone else who hears all of Metropolis all the time: Superman!
There's a lot to love in City Boy #3 with this kid's struggles, and I can't wait to see more and where he'll go. Read Full Review
City Boy #3 continues to impress as one of the best new characters from DC in a very long time. Rather than using Superman's cameo as a shiny distraction, Greg Pak uses Superman's experience and wisdom to allow Cameron to grow into the hero he could be. This issue is an outstanding example of character development. Read Full Review

Greg Pak's script is filled with compelling dialogue, although again, it falls into a frustrating rhythm in terms of revealing things about Cameron and his character. Minkyu Jung's art is still consistent, especially when the plot gets a bit more fantastical. Read Full Review

What a book!
Very good writing and art.
It was so interesting that I read in 5 minutes.
Consistent writing throughout, this is still putting a high focus on City Boy, what he is and what he isnt. Supermans parts are very in character which is nice. Good mentor moment. The book does a good job laying out what the rest of the miniseries is going to look like.
My predictions: Issue 4 more of a back story to City Boy
Issue 5 Mob/Gang fights
Issue 6 Gang fight resolution/Darkseid Conflict
Unlike the other We are Legends books, this one comes out as the one with the most direction, which is weird as this one I feel started the weakest. Has really improved though.
