This comic should serve as a study model to many other Future State writers. Ladies and gentlemen, Joelle Jones did it - she created a perfect short story with a perfect clear idea behind, not merely using the very limited constraints of the event, but genuinely turning them to her own advantage. Without spoiling much, there's commentary on stories told by humans, and how Yara's journey wasn't eve more

This issue surpassed all my expectations. I really enjoyed Ove's origin story and felt that it was quite compelling. Ove shares many of the qualities readers enjoy about Namor, while also possessing his own unique personality traits. Take that and mix it in with some enchantress and you've got an interesting new villain! The artwork was solid and added to the emotion and weight of the story. This more

Now this comic is just dreadful, by far one of the worst titles Future State has to offer so far, and let me remind you the bar isn't very high to begin with. What a boring, nonsensical and pitiful attempt to pass the Superman mantle to Jon. It would be funny if it wasn't s sad, because after what Brian Michael Bendis did to Supes, I thought it'd be hard for DC to keep things comparably bad. And y more

Filler. Inconsistent artwork on the Venom Beyond story arc. Cates took interesting characters like Codex and Virus and just made them completely useless. The "emotional breakthrough" to solve the conflict within this arc felt cheap and silly. I was very hyped for King in Black, I still am, but not as much as before. This arc started out so well, but ended as a mess. Hopefully King in Black is a st more

Better than the last issues.

I think that the problem with DC is that their Universe was never like Marvel. There is a lot of stuff and characters that changed too drastically over the years and it´s just impossible to imply that everything can be canon, because there would be a lot of nonsense.

Pretending all this characters are the same they were from before flashpoint more
