Eclipso The Darkness Within. Golden Glider and Chillblaine invite Captain Boomerang, Trickster and the Weather Wizard to join them on a caper, one which The Flash gets entangled in as well, in "Run-In!"

Waid's second annual tie-in fares better than the first. Mostly because it's just a fun, weird Rogues story with minor connections to the event itself, until the ending. You can definitely tell he couldn't care less about this event, but the writing's still good. The art, however, suffers from the worst of 90s comics art. It looks so edgy and cool and awful.

This issue is all over the place. The art makes a lot of it a chore to read because things jump around a lot. I love the Rogues and Wally's relationship with chunk but nothing is given enough time to really understand what is happening in a given moment and this was 55 pages long. How do you even do that?
Horrible art
Weak issue, and I won't see the end of this story anyway so it was just a very long mediocre story.
