In our massive 50th issue, The Flash must win back the trust of Central City! But to do so, he needs to outrun the police force thats been charged with bringing him downwith the awesome power of the Rogues behind it all!
Still, the art is very good, and it's good to see Barry Allen acting like a superhero. For a change. Read Full Review
The Flash #50 was delayed and while that sucked, it gave me a little more perspective into these "big" issues. This is one of my favorites even if it doesn't tie things up completely. Van Jensen uses it to show why fans love the Flash and why I have really enjoyed his time on the book. While I wanted to see more, Jensen gives readers a huge reveal and sets up the book for before and even after Rebirth. Well done and recommended. Read Full Review

While the featured story with Barry Allen's Flash is a by-the-numbers superhero comic, it does end in spectacular fashion, warranting a look. The tables have turned as the Rogues join forces with the CCPD to arrest the Flash. That's not a bad status quo reversal to celebrate the series' 50th issue. It certainly makes for a dramatic anniversary issue. Unfortunately, it also feels a bit rushed despite the extended page count. Read Full Review
With this oversized issue ofThe Flash, Van Jensen delivers the scope of what you would expect from anniversary issue. I just wish it would have been made more apparent as to why Flash was arrested, aside from being a supposed menace to society. Those, like myself, who missed the previous two issues may feel a little lost. Read Full Review
An adequate issue, but nothing spectacular for this fiftieth issue. Read Full Review
