Aug 30, 2026The Flash #36 is an utter delight of a comic book, offering laughs, heart, and an interesting moral debate in equal measure. I wish it had been longer, so that I could have spent more time just soaking in the joy and fun that North and Guidry inject into every page. Guidry and Lucas showcase the more light-hearted aspects of a friendly pairing with solid art. With every action, there is a great reaction. What that will be for this story remains to be seen. For me, the only interesting part of this issue was the discussion with Ollie. It's actually a good point about the extent of the Flash's powers. My problem is that this arc is dragging on too long. I don't know if this premise covers that many issues. I trust the creative team, so we'll see.Solid art again.
