It's her (father's) party and she'll cry if she wants to, because Veronica and Betty's killer costume idea was stolen by two crashers from Gotham City! Of course, she can't know that she's facing off with the real Poison Ivy, or that Betty's about to get bopped by Harley Quinn herself. Whoops!

Overall, I have quite enjoyed this zany crossover between four very popular comic characters that you may not have thought would ever meet. Dini and Andreyko give us just the perfect level of hijinx in each issue to keep me entertained and Braggs continues to have fun with the characters she's given. Read Full Review

    Batman-News - Joshua McDonald Nov 2, 2017

Marc Andreyko and Paul Dini deliver in making Harley & Ivy Meet Betty and Veronica a fun read, but they struggle a little when the plot creates some identity crisis that unfortunately falls over into readers being confused as well. Despite some opportunities found within the issue, it will still put a smile on your face, and satisfy you enough to come back for more next month! Plus, there are so many great meta aspects to this book that any comic fan should check it out! Read Full Review

The Batman Universe - Gerry Green Nov 2, 2017

I was very hard on this book in my review of #1 because Betty and Veronica didn't seem to like each other at all. In this issue that problem is much less prevalent. I feel like the story is setting up to be a good one, but isn't quite there yet. It appears that Selina is bringing Betty and Veronica to Gotham and the two River Vixens will get mixed up with Lenny the Lamprey and his cronies. Will they need to be saved or will they be able to handle things on their own? I am interested in finding out, but at this point the story is too meandering for me to be truly engaged. I'll keep reading and hopefully the story will keep getting better. I hope. Read Full Review

At least Laura Bragas artwork was great and, in this issue although there was little to differentiate the real Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy from their Riverdale cosplay competition. Its Halloween season. I saw a woman dressed as Harley Quinn in the subway last night. Her cosplay skills were incompetent as best. One would exect that if Betty and Veronica were cosplaying as Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy, that their disguises would look like cheap imitations of the real thing too. Read Full Review
