Joker/Harley: Criminal Sanity Secret Files #1 is a fun compilation of different parts of the Joker/Harley: Criminal Sanity universe. It adds to the feeling of a crime show and to the fact that this is a genuine investigation. The creators are setting up an immersive experience and I am here for it. The casebook really isn't an issue but since the series has garnered 10's from me and this features teasers and inside info in the series itself I shall give it a ten as well. Read Full Review

My lowish score was not because the concept was not great. I, in fact, found the contents interesting and the art superb. My problem lies with the DC's Black Label notion that readers should shell out a premium for the material. In many cases it is justified e.g. Batman: Dammed but for a supplement issue like this one I just don't think it's value for money.
