The Aspiring Kryptonian - Tyrone Tony Reed Jr

Justice League Unlimited #18 keeps the momentum of this story arc moving forward while balancing a large cast of characters with clarity and purpose. It delivers a compelling exploration of whether villains should be given a chance at redemption—and whether some simply cannot be trusted, no matter the circumstances. It also offers a striking reflection of the justice system through the eyes of those who repeatedly face the same threats and offenders. That perspective adds a layer of realism to an otherwise cosmic narrative. Read Full Review

    KPB Comics - Phillip Creary

Mark Waid is really putting the DCU through it in Justice League Unlimited #18. With Superman gone and Darkseid potentially coming back, you can really feel the heroes starting to sweat, to the point where they’re making some pretty questionable choices. It does feel a little “been there, done that” if you’ve read the Justice League arcs post-Forever Evil, but the art is sharp, and the tension is high. It definitely leaves you wondering if the team is overcorrecting into a massive disaster. Read Full Review
