Comic Book Nuts - Jef Mendoza Jan 10, 2012

I'm giving this 5 nuts because it has a great reveal in the beginning, some nice artwork, good dialogue, and keeps me anxious for when Superboy finally confronts the Teen Titans. Read Full Review

Forces Of Geek - Atlee Greene Dec 19, 2011

The first issue started strong and the last two issues kind of fell off point a little bit. This was a great step in the right direction with a mystery included that is going to haunt the boy of steel for the foreseeable future. Read Full Review

Supergirl Comic Box Commentary - Anj Dec 17, 2011

So I have no intention of collecting Teen Titans so I hope this solo book becomes a partner book with TT. I suppose that until everything is up and running in the DCnU, some degree of crossover is necessary. I just hope I can understand this book without that one. Because I am more apt to drop this book than I am to pick that one up. So overall, an okay issue albeit a bit too pat in some places. And I am sick of the conflicted hero wondering why they should help people. Can't people just be heroes any more?? Read Full Review

Huh, who'd have believed that THIS comic would be the one to finally pull me out of the comic book doldrums?! Seriously, there was way more that Lobdell did right than he did wrong here, so I honestly have no major complaints. Believe me, I'm as shocked as anyone! Read Full Review

My attachment to the character will get me to stick with this series for another couple issues, but it's hard to muster the optimism that things will turn around for the better. Read Full Review

Comic Vine - Matt Demers Dec 14, 2011

I was going to say that this book was stunningly mediocre, which is disappointing considering the tonal shift from the "Old 52" series. However, I remembered that there was a glimmer of hope with the "Bonnie and Clyde" villains, but in the end it bugged me how Superboy really wasn't troubled with them. Read Full Review
