Supergirl Comic Box Commentary - Anj Mar 17, 2012

So, overall I have to say I was entertained by the issue ... and that should always be the goal. We get a lot of great action here. We get some new wrinkles to the mysteries of NOWHERE and what they are doing. And we get to learn a bit more about Rose. So all of those are positives. The pages tend to lose their flow and there's no real coherency to the future versions of Red Robin or his crew. Storytelling has to come first, and when it doesn't, even a good script can't rescue the artwork. I get what the creative team was trying to do this month, but it just didn't work. Hopefully we'll get more traditional next month. Read Full Review

    IGN - Joey Esposito Mar 14, 2012

I will say that if the interesting bit I mentioned earlier is an indication of where this series is headed, then there is certainly hope. But it'll need to secure a consistent voice for Superboy and feature fluid storytelling to make it worthwhile. Read Full Review
