"The RETURN OF KID FLASH"! Kid Flash agrees to come back to the team on one condition: a face-to-face apology from Robin! Can Damian swallow his pride and admit that firing Wally was a mistake? Or will his bruised ego spell the end of the Teen Titans once and for all?
Percy addresses a plot point that's going on in Detective Comics. While another team-up with Superboy is upcoming, I'm more excited about the prospects of that payoff. Teen Titans is finding its way now and is becoming a reliably entertaining book for DC. This was another indicator that the growing pains are over and the book is only going to get better going forward. Read Full Review
This title seems to be making headway in giving itself more of a genuinely young vibe, which is what every TT book needs to succeed. Read Full Review
Pick this one up and get ready for what Percy and team have in store for readers in the coming months. Read Full Review
This was candy-coated comic book fun. Nothing life-altering happens. It didnt need to. The newly budding friendship between Robin and Kid Flash is a breath of fresh air and the hints of Red Arrow as Robins potential new girlfriend are sweet. This is not a perfect book, but its a good series with a much-improved writer and an artist that is growing leaps and bounds in his work. Read Teen Titan; you will have a good time! Read Full Review
Percy has really got a good handle on the dynamics and teamwork of the Teen Titans. Was this the best super team comic ever written? No but it had plenty of action and a touch of humour and even a hint of romance. Read Full Review
Overall Teen Titans continues to be a relatively fun book, and even though its not in the range of Wolfman /Perez or even Geoff Johns run from 2003, it is still a very serviceable addition to the mythos of Titans. Things are moving in the right direction. Read Full Review
I could have possibly rated this issue higher if it wasn't Garth focused, as he is nowhere near being a favorite as I find his shtick a little tiresome, but if he is one of your favorites then you will definitely like this issue. Read Full Review
The arc wrapped up nicely and it looks like we got a full squad again. It will be interesting to see where Tim will fit in to the future of the team as hinted on the last page. Overall, I am looking forward to seeing this team come closer together and become more like friends than just teammates. Read Full Review
The little comic that could continues to roll along on rails. Teen Titans never brings me to the highest of heights, but it always entertains me, and I can't complain when I'm getting some bang for my buck each month. The artists bring the same low-profile excellence that they've brought before, and it makes this book a really easy read. Read Full Review
Predictable and pretty underwhelming. Teen Titans treads water for another storyline, and with a(nother) crossover in the offing... it's unclear whether or not this team will ever break out of "team building" purgatory. An improvement from previous issues. Read Full Review
The art is the only redeeming quality in this comic. Percy tries to create this constant conflict environment because they are teens and teens argue with each other. That's all well and good, but it seems he has forgotten that he is writing about superheroes. I am sick and tired of Beast Boy complaining and being a general moron. I am sick of hearing that Damian was an idiot and a crappy leader for trying to save literally everyone and fired Kid Flash, though he had a 100% valid reason. This book is horrible. But I guess it's too much to ask for a good Teen Titans book, and I should stop getting my hopes up.
