Pandora's box has been reformed - but it can only be sealed from the inside! How can she make the ultimate sacrifice to safeguard the world against the deadly evils it holds?
While Pandora hasn't generally been one of DC's stronger titles, it definitely goes out on a high note. Read Full Review
TRINITY OF SIN: PANDORA FUTURE'S END #1 is a nice tie-in, and a good send off to the series before it is merged into TRINITY OF SIN in October. While it isn't perfect, it's a good example of what a tie-in can do when it is still allowed to tell its own story. Read Full Review
All in all the story has a very "Pandora isn't available to participate in Futures End because this happened" feeling to it. Enjoyable read if you're way into comic action. Read Full Review
Trinity of Sin: Pandora: Futures End #1 feels like the final conclusion for Pandora's story and feels like the proper end for her series as well. It's certainly interesting with the choices it makes and the answers it reveals, but it has problems making the issue exciting or energetic with rather dull writing and dialogue. It's certainly not the worst Futures End tie-in I've seen (even though it ties as much into the events of the weekly as Phantom Stranger does), but it's not the most exciting either. Oh well, we'll see Pandora next month and see how she fares with a new writer. Read Full Review
Ray Fawkes is a quality author, but this is not particularly on display here; with a convoluted narrative, and an arc that all but resolves itself without any great use of characterization or plot. Read Full Review
This Futures End has to be one of the worst endings to a character that I've seen. Everything about this issue feels wrong and spits on everything you thought you understood about the character and everything we've been told about the character and not in one of those cool new direction kind of ways. If you must check out this issue, then do it for the art by Francis Portela because the story is bullshit and I feel like going to my parent's house and stomping up the stairs just to show how unhappy I am, like I would have when I was a child. Pandora didn't deserve this and neither do you. Read Full Review
An absolutely CRAZY issue that tried to be a 1shot, but probably needs to be informed by the regular series a bit. Ill give a boost for that awesome cover tho! i just got Pandora vol.1 & the BLIGHT TPB, so ill re-read this after i read them. Maybe ill read the new Trinity of Sin title in TPB, if those are good!. . . . NOTE: DC promised $3 & $4 covers. i only saw the $4 ones, over 3+ shops! SCAM?!?
Ideas were interesting enough, but it never quite got there
