Geeked Out Nation - Ian Yoxon Oct 10, 2014

All in all Worlds' finest #27 was a fun issue to read. This was aimed to fans of Earth 2 since this issues follows up to some of the events that happened in the series. When compared to the latest issue of Earth 2, I think Worlds' Finest picks up where Earth 2 World's End #1 left off a lot better. It shows more of the history of Earth 2 and doesn't give any spoilers to what's going to happen in the next few issues. If you enjoy Earth 2 so far then I highly suggest buying Worlds' finest #27 if you want to see more of the history this world. Read Full Review

DC Comics News - Matthew Lloyd Oct 12, 2014

Perhaps Im just a sucker for the alternate versions of Superman and Batman, but I think this is a great first issue. It connects the characters back to the first issue of the Earth 2 title and gives greater insight into the world from which the previous main characters, Power Girl and Huntress, came. Levitz has enough exposition in Lois/Red Tornados introductory remarks that make it easy to jump right in to the story. This is a must for a fan of Earth 2 or any fan of mulitversal stories. Go buy it now! 4 Daily Planets- 4 is not quite enough! Read Full Review

While I applaud the attempt to try and change this title to something that doesn't involve writing women so that they only appear sex crazed and bumbling, I'm not completely sold on this take either.  Hopefully it will become something that fans can get behind and possibly save this title from the cancellation chopping block, but this issue so far doesn't inspire confidence.  I wasn't a fan of the art style which for some reason seemed to be fine at points and then turned characters into something resembling carnival caricatures of themselves.  I don't know I couldn't get behind it.  So check out the new take on this title simply because it is a new take and maybe it will become something special. Batman-News - Sean Buckley Oct 16, 2014

When I say that Huntress and Powergirl were probably going to be more interesting than what's going to come, that's a bad sign. This isn't worth it, you've seen all this before. Read Full Review
