Zero Hour 30th Anniversary Special #1 is a nostalgic return to the 90s events of Emerald Twilight and Zero Hour celebrating the '90s DCU, Kyle Rayner, and the darkest point of Hal Jordan's superhero career. Ron Marz, returning to Kyle Rayner, reminds readers of why he is one of the greatest Green Lanterns, even though Hal Jordan is the first name that is associated with the character. Read Full Review

If all this sounds like a lot the original mini was too! It was basically the epitome of complicated cosmic 90s storytelling, but with a strong emotional core that made it work. The same goes here, co-written by the creator of Kyle Rayner and the original writer of the event. There are so many great cameos in this issue, from one of the most beloved 90s blue-collar heroes to a key figure from many events during the era. Read Full Review

Nicola Scott brings a complete winner, an action shot of this world's Trinity. I like this black-suited Supergirl. Love this. I recommend this book, especially if you were around for the first Zero Hour go-around. Great fun and great story. Read Full Review

A fun trip down memory lane, visiting 90s DC Heroes in quite a crazy situation with art from some excellent artists of the era. Kyle Rayner finds himself a literal man out of time, so can he stop the Oblivion Effects from destroying everything? Have fun remembering your slang and prepare for an ending that might impact the modern-day DC Universe! Read Full Review
