The point of the story is not the final goal but the journey to get there. It doesn't matter if Canto succeeded at the Emerald Tower or not. Simply the act of trying his best pushed his movement forward. Read Full Review

Its fairly obvious that Ive enjoyed this run immensely so the news that Cantos journeys will resume has made me a distinctly happy chappy. I spoke of the subversion of expectation before with Canto and Im pleased that this never let up. I love when you feel that pull from a comic, having the power to move you in ways you didnt expect. Im not ashamed to say that I was welling up towards the end and honestly think this is one of those stories that youll be able to return to time and again. Read Full Review

It has got action, adventure and an emotional story that doesn't talk down to its readers, nor is it afraid to get a little dark and grim at times. Read Full Review

To start, I never was really into fantasy comics as it required lots of exposition and world-building, which means words. But Canto is a breeze to read through, skipping on water, providing the bare minimum for the reader to understand while putting the heart in the character's drive. The comic may not give you everything about this universe, but it doesn't need to in order for this series to pop off.

Love the art and colors, really attracts readers without skipping a page. And even though it is a fantasy comic, it was still really creative in its world. I mean clocks for hearts? Th more
