Godzilla #1 is an extraordinary start to the Kai-Sei era at IDW Publishing. Between Tim Seeley's outstanding script and Nikola imeija fantastic illustrations, this debut issue is a thrilling kick-off packed with action and a bit of heart. Though I was a fringe fan prior to reading this issue, I feel Seeley and imeija have officially turned me into a die-hard reader now.
