Comics: The Gathering - Doug Warren Aug 23, 2017

Oh yeah, the quality of the artwork is beyond all expectations. But, of course it is. When you put out an ad saying you need someone to draw hundreds of bears, you get the absolute cream of the crop to choose from. I wouldn’t be surprised if every artist in the country was fighting to draw for this comic, and they chose the best! The over exaggerated, anime inspired expressions and bright colors give Shirtless Bear-Fighter the perfect look and personality to compliment the writing. Read Full Review

Comic Crusaders - Bryan Spaulding Aug 24, 2017

Not since the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has the name of a comic book made pause to reflect on the words I'd just read. Shirtless Bear-Fighter, does the same for me today. Everything about the book has perfect comic timing, balanced with strong writing, and a flair for the ridiculous. This is a book written for comic book fans, by a creative team, who has not forgotten how to have a good time. Read Full Review

The Pop Break - Bill Bodkin Aug 23, 2017

The story is getting deep guys. It can't always be about bacon and bear punching. But, I assure you, with all these awesome reveals of our main character there is still a great amount of action. And, in the last few issues we really haven't seen much plot. I assure you there is a plot and it's a good one. Read Full Review

'Shirtless Bear Fighter' is all kinds of wacky and undeniable fun with an emotional core. That heart is never more present in this issue as Agent Silva returns the favor and saves Shirtless. This is another wild ride full of evil monologuing, betrayal, and what else, bear punching!  Read Full Review
