MINISERIES FINALE
The tragedy. The truth. The great secret, revealed at last. And a painful lesson:
Sometimes you can't complete a journey without turning to see how far you've come.

There are really no words to describe how good this comic is (See what I did there?), but I'll do my best anyway. This was truly one of the best books I've ever read (Is it still reading if it has no words? Food for thought). The art was absolutely stunning in every single panel. Bergera absolutely knocked it out of the park and produced a visual feast on every page. And what a powerful, poignant story Spurrier crafted here. A story about time, family, life, and love. Beautiful. Simply beautiful. I will 100% be returning to this book again in the future, and again and again and again. It was moving, it was exciting, it was thought-provoking...it was as close to perfect as a comic book gets. Bravo.
This was great. Not much needs to be said. Read it.
This was just a superb read all around. Spurrier and Bergara's ability to deliver a clear, concise story without words is remarkable and it really makes this comic unique. I think this last issue might have been the weakest by a hair, but it didn't sully the journey at all for me. Ironically that seems to be one of the points Spurrier was trying to make: to appreciate the journey for what it is and, most importantly, to appreciate those around you. I really can't recommend this one enough, just a beautiful book.
