The metaphors and gentrification elements aren't as heavy as they were in the last issue, but the action and suspense are turned up until the knob breaks off. Solid issue. Definitely worth coming back for more next month. Read Full Review
'Tokyo Ghost' is the best comic you're not reading. It has some of the best work from Remender, Murphy, and Hollingsworth. This series has easily been one of the best of the year so far. I've enjoyed every issue so far, and was always left anticipating the next issue. This issue is no different. This series is one that is definitely worth the money. If you haven't read it get caught up and stay caught up, You'll be glad you did.
Considering the significant plot development(s) in this issue, I would have expected to like this even more than I did. However, I think some of the art, while generally great, was off in some panels, and I didn't notice as many very clever details as I have noticed in many of the other issues. Regardless, thank to all of the action, the significant plot development(s), and art for the most part, this was another great issue from Tokyo Ghost.
