BOUND BY THE NEGA-BANDS!
When cat burglar Yuna Yang set out to steal the legendary Nega-Bands, she was looking for a quick paycheck. What she got was a free ticket to the Negative Zone and permanent entanglement with Captain Marvel! Permanent until death, that is. And it doesn't look like Yuna's gonna make it to old age - not with new villain, the Omen, hot on her tail and hungry for the Bands' power! Alyssa Wong and Jan Bazaldua establish a new status quo and a cosmic mystery with shocking revelations!

If the first issue wasn't enough to sell you on this series, then this one should do the trick. A clever premise, mixed with fun characters, and great art, what more can you ask for? Read Full Review
In addition to the writing and pacing, the art by Jan Bazaldua is significantly improved over the previous issue. Bazaldua s manga influence is obvious without being distracting and her layouts work to tell the story just as well as Wongs script. A few panels in particular provide more insight into Yunas feelings than several caption boxes could convey. The only downside to the character designs is that Yunas wardrobe screams weird Psylocke cosplay rather than something functional for a college student/magical artifact stealer. Much like their two leads, however, the creative team has managed to forge a solid dynamic that will no doubt get better as their story continues. Read Full Review
One of the biggest changes in Captain Marvel's new series is the comic book's supporting cast, and it's always a bit dicey to switch up something that works to try something untested. you know, I didnt like Carol Danvers but Kelly Thompson made me like her and realize that MCU kinda doesnt know how to write Carol Danvers.
But lets just say this series and issue isnt making me like Carol Danvers. Probably will drop this series until its finished so I can read the whole thing
Just another writer self-inserting rather than focusing on the character they're supposed to be writing.
And another idiot spamming reviews on multiple accounts (RJ and JD).
