Miles scolding Peter over a bunch of bullshit and sounding like a dumbass while doing so brings this mediocre tripe down to a 4.

Yet another issue of Leah Williams’ Power Girl with no Power in it. Seriously, the titular character is so dispirited and woeful it’s a shame to read as a longtime fan of the character. The issue is a wordy mess with way too much pages devoted to Omen in the beginning. Power Girl fans do not care about Omen, their friendship is rooted in trauma bonding and none of the characters act right for their friendship to seem genuine. The main plot this issue is Power Girl self-loathing and relating to a lion, it’s incredibly sluggish. Tie it in with the off characterization, it’s just not fun to read. This is a misery comic, Williams tries to use Omen as a comedic character, but the jokes don’t land. Superman is snide towards Power Girl, which just adds another character that’s mischaracterized. Williams was not the right choice for a Power Girl series. Leah Williams time on Power Girl has been a waste of utterly pointless changes to the character. No character here is recognizable, the main story is nondescript. Money is better spent elsewhere for this issue, this comic is a waste.

Snoozefest

Somehow worse than the previous two issues even though those were set-up issues.

The backup story sucks. Stop bringing in Eiko and other garbage from her terrible New 52 run. There is only one Catwoman and it's Selina.

Just another writer self-inserting rather than focusing on the character they're supposed to be writing.

And another idiot spamming reviews on multiple accounts (RJ and JD).

The characters in this event just keep changing with every issue.

I'd also just like to point out that Above Ground Pools and DetroitSkyline are the same person (and potentially Matthew Rosenberg's mother).

What is this? Seriously... what is this? So a bunch of non-sense scenes, with rushed-plot and now she has powers? Really? Tini's entire run seems to be breaking down and ruining Catwoman as much as possible. Between her falling in love with a War-criminal monster to her getting powers, what is left of Catwoman? Well I can answer that. Covers. Looking at Catwoman sales, that is the sole thing that appears to be keeping the sales going. The All-star cast of artists DC puts on the covers. Tini is an anchor and the artists are the helium balloons trying to pull up this complete waste of a series. I genuinely feel bad that such good art is being associated with this terrible writing.

As if tini howard can't butcher the character even more, she decides to give Catwoman powers. Then, proving how incompetent tini howard's Selina is, she immediately dies twice. On a mission to return a fucking cat.

Mentioning valmont is an insta 2/10; combine that with everything else and it's a 0/10.

Oh and an old lady found Selina under rubble. Guess Bruce or Dick or anyone else didn't bother checking it lmfao. more

Page one and there's more narration, my god. This story is painful to read. DNF.
