Guardians of the Galaxy Annual 2024 brings the latest Guardians run to a spectacular, emotional close. In their closing letter, Lanzing and Kelly reflect on the road they've taken and how, like the Guardians, they've come out of it changed. It's those kinds of statements that let you know you're reading a good comic; if the creators pour their heart into it, chances are it'll stick with you long after you close the page. I know that I'll be looking up at the stars, wondering where the Guardians' next adventure will take them. Read Full Review

What an excellent sleeper hit of a run this was.

Ambitious, slightly abstract, well told, heartfelt and genuine are words I'd use to describe it. Its genuinely one of the more unique team book runs I've ever read and a high mark on the Guardians mythos if I say so myself. It sends home the entire point of this team, that stays together snd fights for one another through thick and thin, willing to die a thousand deaths for each other because they're all they've got.

Every character got a moment to shine here, every single one... snd one character gets a surprising sendoff. R.I.P.

The final note left bu the writers proces that this wasa passion project and it shows. Collin Kelly and Jackkson Lanzing outdid t more

A pretty strong way to end the run, in my opinion. This just really brought everything together very nicely. I especially liked Drax's sacrifice and how that was handled. I also thought that Peter's dialogue with Vicoria was well-written. Good stuff all around and I'm glad to say this series has officially stuck the landing.
