Johnson continues successfully exploring America's dark corners using Hulk in the new Blood Hunt one-shot. While this story may not tie into the larger event, it certainly features good horror and great visuals. Read Full Review
It's easy to get lost in a larger event when a series has to suddenly shift gears for a tie-in, but the team behind The Incredible Hulk have delivered the best of both worlds. Read Full Review
The story was far from unique and a bit shallow and the twist was very obvious, but it was a well done version of this standard story. As a side story to the Blood Hunt event it was solid enough, but if I'm being honest I expected a bit more than an "8" from a Hulk tie-in with how good Hulk has been lately.
A solid story for a one-shot tie-in. Listen, I understand why some people at Marvel may have thought that Earls would be a good fill-in artist for Nic Klein on Johnson's main Hulk series, but I do really think he needs to be replaced after how some of his pages have turned out, whether it's here or in the aforementioned main series.
