Who will survive in this fallen world? Who will rebuild it? Atlantis? The machines? A long-suffering humankind? Namor faces off against the Original Human Torch one last time... and then his own underwater empire. In the end, will anything be left to rule on these conquered shores?

Namor: Conquered Shores #5 is a stunning finale. The writing is phenomenal, and the heaviness of almost every page provides weight. The art is impactful and atmospheric. Just a spark of light in a dying world of darkness makes it all worth it. Read Full Review
The final panels of this story are some of the most beautiful I've read in some time, a beautiful and hopeful full circle moment that genuinely had me in tears as the true nature of the idea of doom is explored and not necessarily one of gloom. Read Full Review
Ferry delivers some great art filled with emotion that complements the tone of the story. Read Full Review
Namor: Conquered Shores #5 concludes the limited run with jaw-dropping art, dramatic moments, and a few surprises. However, the ending ignores most of the problems made worse by the adventure, so your satisfaction with the conclusion may fall short. Read Full Review
This is the best series I have read in years! Each issue was better than the previous, with character growth, twists, turns, heartbreak, and then hope. A part of me would be very glad to see the story continue, or have a sequel; another part of me finds the finale so great, that it would be hard to top! But if there is I will be there. Cantwell's treatment of legacy characters is superior!
This ending was actually much better than I anticipated
This miniseries was a bit of a disappointment for me. I usually like Cantwell's writing and while I could see what he was going for, I felt really bored by this.
Thank goodness this is over. This was not a good story. We had Attuma show up and fight Namor out of the blue and then Namorita exiles Namor because she doesn't want to deal with the humans anymore. All of this was out of left-field. There was no build-up to any of this. This series was just a mess.
The resolution of the plot is, I suppose, satisfactory. Though the colorful art could definitely be more polished, it's also definitely well-constructed. Gosh, the script is clunky, though! Both the ideas and the expression thereof are stiff and dull.
I don't think it was worth to anyone. And Nita was thrown in front of the bus.
