Possibly the best Spider-Man story ever? Even though Peter is a side character in his own book.

(Cover Date: November, 1987) Summary: Spidey crawls through the sewer looking for Vermin & has flashbacks of escaping the coffin & digging through the dirt. He is attacked by rats & beats them off of him. The police find Kraven's confession. Vermin attacks Spidey, & they fight in the water. Spidey finally webs Vermin up. Vermin breaks free when Spidey tells him he is taking him out of the darkness. Vermin follows Spidey up to the surface anyway. Spidey saves Vermin from being hit by a truck. He then webs Vermin up for the police. Spidey tells Vermin that he will talk to Reed Richards to see if he can help him. Spidey returns back to his apartment & a relieved MJ. Kraven is buried on his estate's grounds. His tombstone states "He Died Wit more
