A childs optimism turns to agony when he crosses the line in Red Goblin #9. Next time Dylan Brock feels generous, perhaps he should give Norman Osborns grandson a gift certificate to Chuck E. Cheese. Read Full Review

Good issue overall. Enjoyed the annoying kid at the start getting their life scared out of them.

We are also finally getting Normie to realize that yeah Rascal might not be good, or at least he is very alien and doesn't understand normal human concepts.

Norman still dealing with guilt and trying to fix his previous mistakes is at least consistent with where he is in the universe at this time. In character.

Good fight scenes, but this was mostly a set up to the final issue. Red Goblin might not exist by the end of this series.

A step-up from the previous issue right back to the usual quality from this series. The art still isn't my favorite, but it worked better for me here than it did in Issue 8. Plus, the story is definitely interesting. Rascal digging up Harry was kind of weird, but I understood the point. Either way, I'm looking forward to seeing how this wraps up in the next issue.

I like how Rascal is taking Normie off the deep end. I'm not sure how much further they can take this story as it's starting to get to be a one-note story. It should probably end at 12. Things heat up when Rascal digs up Harry's grave and Norman appears. Bringing Venom into this could be really cool.
