• And, it turned out, he was her "most important person in the universe" too.
• This is the story of a love that ended before it started, and began after it ended. But is it a love that can outlast the universe? • Because the universe is about to go away. For real.

This book really is that good, month after month, and while I'll miss it, I'm excited to see what the creative team has in store for their big finale. Read Full Review
After the last issue's focus on death and mourning, this issue relflects on living a full life and embracing love. There is so much that I wish I could talk about, but I don't want to ruin anything more than I have to. Go out and read it. Trust me. It is a beautiful piece of art that can be enjoyed all on its own or within the larger story line. Five Stars!!! Read Full Review
With a penultimate issue this strong, the finale has a very high bar to meet. Read Full Review
Writer Dan Slott pulls on the heartstrings hard this week, and artist Mike Allred is along for the ride, as this series goes deeper than it ever has before for the star-crossed romance that is Norrin Radd and Dawn Greenwood. Read Full Review
If this truly is the end of Dan Slott's Silver Surfer, it's far too quaint. A comic this good deserves an ending just as good. Thankfully, there's still one more issue to go. Read Full Review
There are very few issues that have ever made me cry actual tears. This was one. When Dawn's reflection faded from Toomie...ugh. Got me.
That was so so sad.
Well-intentioned time travel goes haywire and strands Dawn and Norrin in the universe before their own. This series is bending to its end, and this issue is very much a finale. If you pick it up at random, it's a very good comic. If you've read all the previous chapters of Dawn Greenwood's story, this is an incredibly moving capstone. The pace at the start is ever so slightly delayed, but I think this is a perfectly acceptable choice in order to present a truly special moment, complete and uncompromised, in the back half of the book.
Absolutely fantastic and very emotional. Slott writes one of the best stories of his carreer combined with The absolutely gorgeous art of the Allreds. 10!!!
This issue was absolute perfection. The writing is great and the allred art as always is incredible. Unfortunately this is the penultimate issue to the series but it is looking to be an great ending to an absolutely fantastic series
A Cosmic part 1 that feels like the begining of the end of Dan Slot's run on the Silver Surfer. Despite the issue dealing with time travel, the Queen of Nevers, and Galactuus, it was the emotion of love that is the most powerful entity in the issue. As always, the fantastic artistryy and color by Mike and Laura Allred are the engine that make this issue about aging and looking back at life as powerful as it can be, while still being realitvely light. I will be sad to see this book leave my pull list.
Probably the best Silver Surfer run ever. Sorry to see it go.
Perfect Penultimate issue!!!! One of the best Silver Surfer runs!! Great issue...Emotional circumstances that will tug at your heart strings!
This series is so good. This issue in particular is beautiful and moving; the romance between Dawn Greenwood and Norrin Radd has got to be one of the most powerful in comics. In this issue, we see their love played out over a lifetime. With one issue left, it's easy to be sad, but I'm instead going to wait and see what the final story offers, and just be thankful that a series as wonderful and amazing as this exists.
