Installments like this are what really makes me a big fan of the expanded universe as we have it in this current period. There are a lot of things that tie backward and forward in good ways and moments where it goes back to things like original concept storyboard ideas that were tossed or expanded upon in different ways. The end result is that we get a really good story that has a lot of energy and personal drama fueling it but it also has the little hooks that delight those that see them and enjoy the connected nature of it all.
