The Union #4 brings a reluctant team back together again when their colleague and friend, Ten Choir, goes missing in Wales. Freed from the limitation the King in Black tie-in forced upon the plot, this is a book that's beginning to finally find its own voice. Sadly there's only one more issue to go in this current series. I do hope this isn't the first and last time we'll be seeing The Union. Read Full Review
Another fine issue of The Union does a lot to expand the lore, but does too little with the existing characters to make this short mini-series very memorable. Read Full Review
It's not hard to notice small good bits, but it's disappointing to realize they were never given an opportunity to excel. Read Full Review
Funny, entertaining , with a little bit of history mixed-in on what some would consider the "elite's". The Union is the Marvel UK revamp that Excalibur wishes it could be. I feel like I've known Britanna my whole life, and I didn't even learn about her existence until she was killed in the first issue ! This book has power. Funny, how all of Marvel's mini's are outshining their main's. The Union is just another testament to that fact.

Poor stuff.
A pretty boring issue, altogether.
Bleh.
The Union recovers, slightly, but not fast enough to stop Doc Croc (and betrayal from their own supporters). A decent plot strives to hold up solid art, but it's undercut by aggressively crappy scripting, a mish-mash of recycled action movie cliches, and the world's feeblest political satire. I really thought Marvel quit publishing scripts this weak when Mr. Cebulski took over. But no.
