THE REVOLUTION VS. THE KINGPIN!
When Contessa Valentina Allegra De Fontaine gets word that Kingpin will be overseeing the transfer of the Red Skull's fortune at the notorious Hellfire Club, Bucky Barnes enlists the aid of his favorite masters of infiltration - a symbiote-equipped Black Widow and a dressed-to-impress Yelena Belova, the White Widow! But to rob the Red Skull of his ill-gotten gains, they'll have to go through Wilson Fisk...and that didn't go too well for Bucky last time...

The return of a fresh new Thunderbolts story is finding its footing with our prime lead, Bucky, who shines like a star in this one. We get to see a powerful Wilson Fisk impose fear while Natasha, who has a symbiote embedded within her, kicks serious butt. It gives Marvel fans so much to cheer for. A Natasha and Bucky romance was not on my bingo cards for top romance of 2024, yet here I am. The Hivemind, undoubtedly, has the Midas touch when it comes to fun, outlandish, and exciting stories to tell. Read Full Review

The one-and-done approach to this new Thunderbolts leaves much of issue #2 half-baked as Bucky assaults a meeting of villains at the Hellfire Club to heist Red Skull's wealth from a C-list figure with plenty of potential. Read Full Review

    Plot
Exciting episode full of action and spy mystery, with good chase and fight sequences.

    Art
It is detailed with many textures that provide a great dynamism, where they use a cold color palette to give it the gloomy tone of these covert operations and hitmen.

    Summary
Bucky, Black Widow and White Widow carry out a suicide mission but their hunt for Red Skull is just beginning.

This felt like a huge step up from the first issue, and it makes me cautiously optimistic about the series. Also, Yelena is shockingly, jarringly better in this book than in the actual White Widow book.

This is such a useless mess of a comic. Kelly and Lanzing had an alright run on cap. Run that I thought had some good stuff in it, some bad, but looks like only the bad got transported to this. My issue in general with their Cap run was that it felt like all the thought was put into a few places and the rest was supposed to run off that. Same here, but the ratio between the 2 is worse. The first issue was okay, it started big, it did the big thing, but that's probably the only thing, this comics goona do and it's clearly done to serve the bigger thing coming, which is pretty meh for now. I get the a certain character could return and I see the effort to make his presence menacing, but the way they do it is so so tired and by the book. I thi more
